Processing & delivery time
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to production. It will take on average 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, but in any case we will process your order within max. 5 business days.
Each order will be shipped out of our centralized distribution center located in British Columbia, Canada.
Shipping of purchases out of our central distribution center to US destinations will take the same amount of time as is needed for our Canadian customers and we are currently making changes which will result in a further shortening of the processing time for each order of max. 4 business days!
If the delivery of your purchase is time sensitive, we offer the rush order option (same day processing) and Express shipping option: your order will be shipped through express service and, depending on your location, be delivered in 3-5 business days guaranteed.
Depending on the weight/volume of your order it will be shipped in an envelope (which fits in your mailbox) or as a parcel. We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation, as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
