Processing & delivery time

Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to production. It will take on average 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, but in any case we will process your order within max. 5 business days. After personalizing the items we will present the orders to the USPS for shipping.

We make use of the services offered by US Postal Services and they will deliver the packages within 1-5 days to almost every location within the US.

We also offer an Express Shipping option: your order will be processed in 1-2 business days, and shipped with USPS Express Shipping, which will deliver overnight or on the 2nd business day (depending on the shipping location).

Depending on the weight/volume of your order it will be shipped in an envelope (which fits in your mailbox) or in a package. We will send you an e-mail confirming shipment as soon as your order has been shipped.
