Shipping and Delivery


After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email from us.
Your purchase will typically be processed and shipped out within three business days following the date of ordering. It will be shipped in an envelope or as a parcel, depending on the size of your order. 
If you require an even faster processing: for a small extra fee you can select 'rush processing' which will result in processing of your order within 24 hours and it will be sent out immediately when it is ready for shipping.
Express shipping will shorten the transit time to the delivery location (3-5 business days guaranteed) and for orders shipped by Express service we will be able to provide tracking information (not for orders shipped by regular mail).

Frequently asked questions

- How much do I pay for shipping when I order at Simply Colors?
For purchases with an order value of less than $35.00 the shipping cost is $5.95, and for purchases exceeding $35.00 the shipping cost is $9.95. We offer FREE shipping for purchases of $75.00 and over.


- How long will it take until I'll receive my order?
This depends on the shipping location, but transit time is typically between 5 and 10 business days. See charts

- Who ships my order?
Your order will be shipped by USPS.


- What happens with my order, when I am not at home?
Most orders will fit in your mailbox, so not to worry. If it has been shipped as an Expedited parcel and you are not at home at the time of the delivery, the postal service will leave a notice of the delivery attempt with instructions where to pick up (usually at the nearest post office).


- Can I send my order as a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes, you can enter any preferred delivery address during the ordering process and we'll make sure that your purchase will be shipped directly to the recipient!
No billing information will be included in the package.


- Can I order multiple items and ship it to various delivery addresses?
Unfortunately this is not possible, as we only charge one (small) shipping amount per order, for shipping to one delivery address. If you want to have items delivered to multiple addresses, the items should be ordered separately per shipping address.


- Do you accept shipping to a delivery address outside of USA?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. After you have entered the delivery address, the shipping costs to that destination will be shown at check out, before you submit your order.


- Can I return or exchange an item?
Of course plain items can be exchanged, no problem, but personalized items cannot be returned unfortunately as they will not be salable anymore. You can find more information about our return policy here.
