Return & exchange policy

Returns

At Simply Colors, the return policy is simple: if you are not happy, we are not happy. Within 30 days after date of delivery you can exchange the item, and we will share the shipping costs: repack the merchandise in the original package, if possible. Include a copy of the invoice sent, or the ordernumber, with a brief note explaining the exchange, and ship to the following address:

We will send you the items you want to have in this exchange as soon as possible. We will then absorb the shipping charges.

Money back guarantee

We will do everything in our power to deliver to you a perfect product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (or part of it), you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The item(s) should be returned to the address below, after prior authorization has been obtained from Simply Colors by e-mail. (info@simplycolors.com). The return address is:

Please include a copy of the invoice or the ordernumber, with a brief note explaining the return, so that we can improve our service in the future. As soon as we receive your returned merchandise, we will credit your payment within 5 business days to your credit card. Please note: shipping charges will not be refunded (unless there had been made an error on our side).
 

Exchanges/returns are not possible when:
- the item has been personalized
- the item has been worn or washed
- an attempt has been made to repair any defect of the item
- instructions on the care label have not been followed properly
